Pizza Toast: Spread olive oil evenly on the surface of the bread. Next spread the pizza sauce, add half the cheese, then the toppings. Top it off with the remaining cheese.
Mayo Corn Toast: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, onions and corn. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mayo Corn Toast: Spread the mixture from step 2 on the bread, then top with cheese and cubed ham.
Bake the Pizza Toast and Mayo Corn Toast in the toaster oven. Serve while hot!
