Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 cups hot whole milk; 4 tsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract; 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice; 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree; 4 oz. double-strength brewed coffee; whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice to taste
1. Pour hot whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree into a blender and blend until frothy.
2. Pour the mixture into two cups, add 2 oz. each double-strength brewed coffee, and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
While you have the blender out, also try this Green Tea Latte:
Pour 2 cups hot whole milk, 4 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. matcha powder into a blender and blend until frothy. Pour the mixture into two cups and enjoy! (No coffee in this one.)
