  The Gourmet Roaster makes it easy to roast fish and other foods such as chops, chicken and steak. Top and bottom heating elements ensure even cooking without flipping foods and catalytic filter on lid reduces smoke and odor. It also features extra wide roasting rack to accommodate large fish and meats up to 13” wide and stainless steel roasting rack which directs excess oil and fat away from food for healthier roasting.
