The Gourmet d'Expert® Electric
Skillet is 2-1/4" deep to allow preparation of soup-type foods such
as stew and fondue. Its 10" diameter cooking surface can also be
used to pan-fry vegetables, noodles and dumplings. The titanium
ceramic nonstick coating prevents foods from sticking, and the stay
cool side handles make removal of the cooking pan quick and easy.
For added convenience, the cooking pan can be used directly on a
stovetop burner. The unit also disassembles for easy cleaning.
