Pepper Beef Chow Fun (Rice Noodles) |

Ingredients                                Serves 3-4
1/2 lb fresh rice noodles (chow fun)*; 1/2 lb flank steak; 1 green pepper, julienne; 1 red pepper, julienne; 1/2 jalapeno pepper, sliced (optional); 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 tablespoon black bean with garlic sauce*; 2 tablespoon oyster sauce*; A few drops Asian sesame oil
*Chow Fun (rice noodles), black bean with garlic sauce and oyster sauce can be purchased in most Asian markets.
Marinade
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced; 1 clove garlic, minced; 3 tablespoons soy sauce; 1/2 teaspoon corn starch; 1 teaspoon whiskey (optional) |

 |
1. Cut flank steak lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips and then into 1/4 inch slices against the grain. Combine beef with marinade and set aside for 15 minutes. |

2. Cut noodles into 1/2 inch wide strips. |

3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in Gourmet d' Expert® Electric Skillet on High setting. Add noodles and cook until lightly browned, tossing gently. Remove and set aside. |

4. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan on High setting. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not stir until one side is browned. Add peppers to mixture and cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add oyster sauce and black bean sauce. |

5. Return noodles to pan and toss until thoroughly heated and mixed.
