Ingredients                                
1/2 lb. Sliced beef or pork (available at any Japanese supermarkets); Chinese cabbage, tofu, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, etc if desired; Ponzu (dipping sauce, available at any Japanese supermarkets); Hot water; 1 tea bag (Sencha is preferred) |

1. Prepare Zojirushi Gourmet d' Expert® Electric Skillet, or preheat a medium-sized pot (at least 1/2 gallon) with a portable electric or gas range. |

2. Pour hot water from Zojirushi electric dispensing pot in the pot 3/4 of the way. |

3. Soak the tea bag to make tea. |

 |
4. Simply take one of the ingredients, swish it around in the hot tea for a few seconds for the meat and a few minutes for vegetables. Dip cooked ingredients into ponzu sauce. You may add grated radish and chopped green onions in the dipping sauce if desired. |
