Reconstitute harusame according to package instructions, drain and chill under cold water.

Place all ingredients for soup stock in food jar and mix to ensure all ingredients melt. Add ice cubes to chill.

Place harusame noodles and other ingredients in food jar.

Fill with cold water up until 1/2 inch (1 cm) below the ridge and close lid.

Noodles are ready to eat immediately, and will stay cold for up to 6 hours.
