Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 cup iced coffee, unsweetened (see here)
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Simple syrup to taste (see here)
- 1/4 cup black pearl tapioca, cooked and soaked in syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Roasted coconut flakes
Place iced coffee, half and half, coconut milk and simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well.
Place optional cooked tapioca and ice cubes in each serving glass then pour in the mixed drink.
Top with optional whipped cream and coconut flakes.
