Mango Jam

Ingredients (for BB-CEC20):

Make sure the kneading blades are properly attached, and add all ingredients to the baking pan.

Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the cord into the outlet. Select the JAM course and press START. Cooking time is 1 hour 20 minutes.

When the cycle completes, press CANCEL and pour the jam into a sterilized, heat-resistant container and refrigerate or freeze to thicken.

Enjoy it with your favorite slice of bread!

Variations:
Try using kiwi or berries in place of mango. We suggest that you use fruit pectin when using juicy fruits.
