Ingredients (for BB-CEC20):
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
When beeps sound, add:
- 1/3 cup raisins, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Sift the flour ingredients (all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda). Add the spices (pumpkin pie spice and ground cinnamon) and lightly mix. Make sure the kneading blade(s) are properly attached, and add the ingredients to the baking pan in the order listed, except for the raisins and walnuts.
Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the cord into the outlet. Select the CAKE course, and press START.
When the add beeps sound, open the lid and carefully scrape off any flour that may be left on the side of the pan with a rubber spatula. Please be careful if the kneading blade(s) are moving.
Add the raisins and walnuts, close the lid and continue baking. For BB-HAC10, BB-PAC20 and BB-PDC20 models, press START to resume kneading.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 cups hot whole milk; 4 tsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract; 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice; 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree; 4 oz. double-strength brewed coffee; whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice to taste
1. Pour hot whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree into a blender and blend until frothy.
2. Pour the mixture into two cups, add 2 oz. each double-strength brewed coffee, and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
While you have the blender out, also try this Green Tea Latte:
Pour 2 cups hot whole milk, 4 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. matcha powder into a blender and blend until frothy. Pour the mixture into two cups and enjoy! (No coffee in this one.)
