Ingredients (for BB-PAC20):
- 3 cups (360g) blueberries*
- 3/4 cup (149g) sugar
- 1 Tbsp. (14ml) lemon juice
*Lightly mash blueberries before adding to the Baking Pan.
Make sure the kneading
blade(s) are properly attached, and add the ingredients to the baking pan in
the order listed.
Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the cord into the outlet. Select the JAM course and press START. Cooking time is 1 hour 20 minutes.
When the cycle
completes, press CANCEL and pour the jam into a sterilized, heat-resistant container
and refrigerate or freeze to thicken.
