A 1 lb. recipe won\u2019t work in a 2 lb. breadmaker due to design differences. Larger models won\u2019t knead or bake small amounts of dough effectively. Design difference between same size models will also affect the outcome. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For example, the Home Bakery Maestro BB-SSC10<\/span><\/a> recipe doesn\u2019t perform well in the Home Bakery Mini BB-HAC10<\/span><\/a>. This is because of the BB-SSC10<\/span><\/a>\u2019s double heater and other features that are not in the BB-HAC10<\/span><\/a>. While using the same recipe might be convenient, these different components make it difficult for all breadmakers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We test and adjust recipes for each model to ensure everyone can achieve the ideal outcome. Halving a recipe might be an option, but precise adjustments are necessary for perfect results.
