Fresh Herb Tea

Need a moment of refreshment? This tea made of fresh herbs will definitely revive and refresh your spirit! Adjust the combination of herbs according to your taste. For sweeter tea, add honey or milk.


Ingredients (serves 3):

  • 16 fl. oz. hot water (208°F)
  • 5 inches lemon grass
  • 5 mint stems
  • 3 sage leaves

Fill Zojirushi water boiler & warmer with water and set temperature to 208°F.

Cut or tear herbs coarsely to fit your teapot then place into the teapot.

When the water temperature reaches 208°F, dispense 16 fl. oz. of hot water into the teapot. Steep for 3 minutes.

Pour tea into each teacup alternately so that the strength of the taste is equal for every cup.

Serve as is.

Herbs may be used up to three times.
