Parts for NON-ELECTRIC Products:
Zojirushi America Corporation will NOT accept the return of any replacement part for any NON-ELECTRIC product for any reason. Further, we will not exchange this type of replacement part for another part nor give you any credit against a subsequent purchase nor refund all or any part of the purchase price. All purchases of such replacement parts are final.
Parts for ELECTRIC Products:
Zojirushi America Corporation will only accept replacement part returns for ELECTRIC products only within the first 30 days after the original shipment date. For merchandise returns, please contact the retailer.
Replacement part returns for ELECTRIC products will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Call Customer Service, (800) 733-6270, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
The RA number must be written on the outside of the package.
Replacement parts must be returned in new, "unused" and "unopened" condition. They must be returned in its original vinyl bag or box, with its ID tag intact. If the item was shipped in a box, please return the item in the box that it was shipped to you.
No collect shipments or unauthorized returns will be accepted.
We are not responsible for items not received or damaged in shipping.
Returns not meeting the above requirements will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
You will receive your credit within 10 business days. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
